Reversed Polarity

Whenever Meghan goes out of town, I find myself falling into a familiar pattern.  I stay up later and later.  I do that when I travel as well.  When I first moved to Erie and was out of work, I stayed up until about 4:00 every night, sleeping until 1:00 or so in the afternoon.  I think that’s my natural sleep cycle.  Going to bed at 10:00 and getting up at 6:00AM is just not natural for me.

Staying up late is not smart though, since I do have to get up early.  I have to make it to work by 8:00AM.  I’ve been doing this for many years and you’d think it’d get easier, but it doesn’t.
