If these guys really did what they were accused of how come they couldn't come up with any evidence? Either Athens-Clarke County are a group of idiots or just plain corrupt. Unfortunately in caes like this when it's he said she said it's really tough to pin the blame on one guy, espcially in a bear market kie we're in. Any thoughts? When I got wind of the fraud charges I was shocked (mostly because I never thought Michelle was that bright, to be honest with you) So occasionally I Google the names to see if I can find out anything regarding the case - Guess what I stumbled accross???? I believe Michelle is still in the real estate business but now in Atlanta - How can someone with RICO charges stemming from illegal real estate transactions still hold a valid license?
