Mortgage fraud update

Apparently Brian Dupree, the builder who went to jail for perpetrating the massive mortgage fraud in my neighborhood, went to jail over the New Year’s holiday for failure to pay child support.  My heart bleeds for him.

When are they going to put him on trial?!  I’m getting impatient.

    Hi Chris –
So I too am curious about what is happening with the case against Brian Dupree but mostly Michelle Couch – For personal reasons – Michelle was a really good friend of mine in college – till she reared her ugly head and showed to me the psycho-mean-heartless person she really is. When I got wind of the fraud charges I was shocked (mostly because I never thought Michelle was that bright, to be honest with you) So occasionally I Google the names to see if I can find out anything regarding the case – Guess what I stumbled accross???? I believe Michelle is still in the real estate business but now in Atlanta – How can someone with RICO charges stemming from illegal real estate transactions still hold a valid license? I figured if you were bored you could do a little research on this and let me know what you find – this is her current real estate page.

What’s the latest on this developer, is he going on trial?

He’s supposed to soon. I heard it was a few weeks away.

I’m hearing that he’s got Ed Tolley as his attorney and as soon as any indictment is brought down it gives Ed the ability to have the whole thing thrown out of court due to lack of evidence. Unfortunately in caes like this when it’s he said she said it’s really tough to pin the blame on one guy, espcially in a bear market kie we’re in. Any thoughts?
