So my day didn’t go like I wanted it to. Meghan and one of her teacher friends were going to the High Museum in Atlanta for the day to see the Louvre exhibit. I was planning on getting up, eating brunch at the Grit, and doing a practice lab for my CCIE. Instead, I had to go to work to help fix our voicemail server that crashed.
So instead of going out, I’m sitting at home drinking rum and coke watching CSI while meghan sleeps on the couch.
I’ll give it another try tomorrow.

you should have come over and watched the tide dude. i feel like i’ve had my heart ripped out today. it’s just been a shitty football season all around. although, the high point of my night was listening to some georgia fan standing on the sidewalk, really pumped up about the auburn game today, trying to convince someone on the phone that you guys were this close to being a one loss team. i guess he missed the vandy/ky disaster and the luck of the hobnail that the shittiest football team in the country fumbled with 20 seconds left on your twenty yardline. overall, it’s been nice this week. goddamned depressing.

Yeah I was so down today that I tuned in to the Dogs, heard the score “24-6″ and just assumed that we were the ones with 6. I turned off the radio and missed the game. Didn’t find out until a little while ago that we actually won.
