Well, Meghan’s brother Bobby got married this past weekend to Heather. It was a lot of fun. That’s actually such an understatement it just looks stupid. We got to see a lot of the relatives, and there was much drunken debauchery. I have hundreds of pictures as well, but I need to find a good way to get them on this website. I think I’ll devote some time to that next week.
And if that wasn’t enough fun, I’m going to Dothan this weekend to hang out with my brother and mom. She’s retiring from her job of almost 20 years. So we’re having a little celebration. Plus it’s my grandmother’s birthday.
It’ll be fun, but I wish to hell I could get some rest. I didn’t get to relax once this past weekend. That shit will catch up to me at some point.
Meghan is going with me to Dothan, so that will be fun. She’s also going to be in Atlanta Thursday and Friday for some teacher conference, so I think I’m going to go do something Thursday night. Any ideas on what to do?

The only thing I know about is that Fairmount Fair/Welterweight show at the 40 Watt tonight – the real action is this weekend with Ceiling Fan on Friday night and Tom Collins/Producto on Saturday. We could always try to coordinate some of the other Dothanites for dinner and a few beers, or even a movie or bowling.
Congrats again to your mom. She’s worked too hard for too long and saying this break is well deserved is an understatement. Give her and your brother my best.
