I ordered the DVR service from Charter this past weekend. I had to basically help the tech install it since he didn’t really know what he was doing. So after he left, I did some looking and found this FAQ online that helped me find some answers.
So far, I love this service.

I have it too! And yes, the tech was lost during the install…. But it’s worth every penny…
